The format of a MILO T20 Blast School Cup is dependant on the year level of the participants.
Years 3 and 4: Six-a-Side FORMAT
- PLAYERS: Six per side
- GAME LENGTH: six overs per team/12 overs per game regardless of how many wickets are lost
- GAME TIME: Approximately 40 minutes
- PITCH LENGTH: 16 metres
- PITCH TYPE: Grass outfield
- GROUND SIZE: 35 metre maximum from batting-end stumps. If there is limited space, the grounds should be reduced to allow more matches to be played in the space
- BALL: Incrediball style
- PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT: Not required. Wicket keepers to wear helmet with grill when up to the stumps
- BATTING: Pairs
- BOWLING: Players bowl one over each, bowled from the same end
- FIELDING: No Fielder is allowed within 10 metres of the bat until after the ball is hit. This excludes the wicket keeper and slips
